The ornate neo-Classical portico of the former railway station in downtown Manila. Four eagles stand either side of the clock which bears the initials PNR or Philippine National Railways. Some demolition or construction work is in progress. It's a tragedy that the railway network the Philippines is so under-utilized and under-funded, though there are plans for reconstruction. See Philippines National Railways: Information from Answers.com. I can find no information about this once magnificent station. Can anyone help? Please contact.
