Admiralty Arch is a monumental building incorporating three archways. It was completed in 1911. Straight on is the Mall and Buckingham Palace. On this side is Trafalgar Square. This is a very busy place at rush hour. Against the dusk sky, the white facade appears green due to the floodlighting. With the clear late-afternoon winter dusk sky, blurred taxis and cars, the scene captures the buzz of London during rush-hour.
