The futuristic PC World store stands on the corner of Great Ancoats St (right) and Pin Mill Brow (left). It was opened in 2006.

The wire mesh fašade of the PC World flagship store in Manchester was designed and fabricated by the Locker Group Limited, based in Warrington. For more information go to www.lockergroup.com

The building has a metallic exterior with an angular geometric design, not dissimilar to the Imperical War Museum North. The building stands on an old industrial site which had one of the last remaining chimneys in central Manchester. Pin Mill Brow links up with Ashton Old Road, the A635.
