This area of woodland is part of Alexandra Park, Edgeley, Stockport. The winter sun casts long shadows on the ground. On the right is Edgeley Library and visible through the trees, the steeple of St Matthew's Church.

I used to play in this area of woodland as a child, and borrowed many books from the library. This is one of the locations in my nostalgic time-travel short film Encounter Out Of Time.
