The 1b bus to Manse Way waits at the bus stops by the City Hall Belfast. Metro is Belfast's bus service, part of Translink, the integrated transport organisation for Northern Ireland. The new Metro service was launched on 27 February 2005. Following modern transport practice, a bus network has been 'dropped' into Belfast. With its neutral pink livery, with no local identifiers, It could just as easily be the bus system of any other British city. The bus types are similar to those in operation in Dublin, London and Manchester.
