The brown tourist sign indicates destinations in Manchester including the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester Central Convention Complex (formerly G-MEX), Granada Studios Tour, Manchester Evenign News Arena, Museum of Science and Industry.

In the background is Manchester town hall clocktower and next to it, City Tower, former Sunley Tower, with its end wall recently painted in white protective paint. On the right is part of the Great Northern Tower. The roof of the Y Club can also be seen.
