Image title: 'Mendips' 251 Menlove Ave, Liverpool, home of John Lennon 1945-1963

John Lennon lived with his aunt Mimi at number 251 Menlove Avenue from 1945 to 1963. John Lennon's former home is a National Trust property. It's possible to visit on pre-booked tours from Liverpool city centre or Speke Hall.

More info on the National Trust website. Please note, as this property belongs to the National Trust, I am not offering this picture as a print or high resolution file.

It's fantastic that the National Trust have small properties like this as well as palaces and stately homes. You can almost hear John Lennon practicing his guitar in the front porch, as he liked to do.
