Harvey Nichols Manchester store opened in summer 2003. This advert featuring a picture of a woman's cleavage between the letters MAN and ER was used to promote the new store in Manchester. A parallel advert of the same design displays a man's chest. This ad is located on Great Ancoats Street. In the background is the Arndale Centre tower with a dusk sky and behind the ad are the blurred lights of a passing bus. Compare this with the CK ad also taken on Gt Ancoats St at night.

The ad uses a clever visual and linguistic pun. Appropriately, the temporary cover for an illuminated bollard just in front of the ad bears the warning 'Danger High Voltage'.
