View from Jebel Hafeet, or 'Whale Mountain' looking north towards the town of Al-Ain, situated in the east of the UAE on the Omani border. Stopped on the parking area is my Saudi-registered Nissan Patrol.

This photo taken on my first visit to the UAE in April 1992. In the Eid break, I drove from Riyadh Saudi Arabia in my white Nissan Patrol.
