Image title: Filipino style barbecued fish with vegetables, rice & sauce
A Filipino-style barbecued meal cooked and eaten out on the patio. Dishes include charcoal-grilled tuna fish, fried chicken, mixed vegetables and sauces.
Filipino food has similarities to Chinese but is more 'homely' and has some Spanish influences. This spread was cooked by my brother-in-law Eboy, who worked as a chef in the UAE.
