The Urban Splash sales office accommodated in a temporary building of unusual design. In essence, it is a metal tube on stilts. This is the link road between the M602 and A57(M) Mancunian Way, at this point named Egerton Street. To the left are various residential buildings by Urban Splash, many still under development.
This is one of the smallest and most revolutionary pieces of modern architecture in Manchester.
