Painting or graffiti based on a press photo of former Soviet president Leonid Brezhnev and former East German head of state Erich Honecker. The picture has the subtitle in Russian and German: "Oh God help me to overcome this deadly love". The mural is by the now famous Russian artist Dmitry Vrubel (Thanks to Artyom Matusov for this info). It is painted directly onto the section of wall on the East Berlin side near the River Spree. The picture was completed after the tumultuous events of November 1989.
